Sessions are conducted to help you learn to be able to improve functioning and quality of life. You will do this in a compassionate and judgment free supportive environment. At the same time, you will learn to trust, raise self-esteem and increase ability to cope in a healthy and productive way. Focus will be on attaining a healthier perspective, and allowing you to move with confidence in your life.
